We recently shared communications about the upcoming migration of accounts from MasterKey Investment Service & MasterKey Investment Service Fundamentals to Expand Extra Investments – planned to take place on or around 7 November 2025.

To ensure a smooth migration experience, some transactions specific to these products have been suspended in the lead-up to the transfer. The transaction types we are suspending during this period include:

• Switching of investment funds

• Buying or selling investments

• Withdrawals & account closures
