1. What is my username?
Your username is your email address, or a unique 9 digit customer number that can be found in your welcome letter, statement or policy schedule.
2. Why have you made my email address my username?
When you register for secure access, we automatically set your username to be your email address so that it is easier to remember and login to your online portfolio. However, you can still use your customer number as your username to login to your online portfolio if you prefer.
3. Can I choose my own username?
Yes. Once you have logged into your online portfolio, you can update your username to something else by clicking on Preferences, Edit and then Add a User Name

2. Enter your username (email address or customer number) and password
3. Click Login now
6. How to get secure access to your portfolio
Complete the registration form we’ll email you a temporary password instantly. You’ll need your customer number which can be found in your welcome letter, statement or policy schedule.
7. Forgot your password?
Click Forgot your password? and complete the details to receive a new temporary password by email or SMS. If you haven’t provided us with an email address or mobile number, please call us on 132 652.

2. Click on Employer Central and then Login to EmployerOnline
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click Login now
