Unless there is an obvious error, these records will be conclusive and you agree that the records may be used as evidence in the event of dispute. Unauthorised use of password and customer number
We may provide you with a password and customer number to access websites that are operated by NAB or the NAB Group. You must keep your password and customer number confidential and separately stored at all times. Once access is granted after entering your password and customer number, any actions taken are deemed to be made by you.
If you know, or ought to reasonably know, that an unauthorised user knows or may know your password, you must inform us immediately.

If your password or customer number becomes known by an unauthorised user as a result of your act or omission, or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions, you’ll be liable for all unauthorised use, whether it occurs before or after you notify us.
You are required to:
- take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to this website, and
- provide NAB with the assistance we may require in making any security checks that we may consider necessary.
You consent to us monitoring your use of this website.
