Garry Mulcahy

Executive General Manager, Asset Management

Garry was appointed as Executive General Manager, Asset Management in March 2009. In this role Garry is responsible for managing a combined asset management business which includes MLC’s market-leading Manager of Managers investment capability and direct asset management business, nabInvest.

Prior to his appointment, Garry was CEO of nabInvest since its inception in 2007. Along with establishing the business he was responsible for its operation, strategy, development and profitability.

Previously, Garry was General Manager for Product Solutions, National Australia Group, UK from 2002-2007. Since 1991 he has held various roles across MLC and NAB in Strategy and Marketing, Product Management, Distribution and General Management. He was also Chief Executive of FlexiPlan Australia Limited (now MLC MasterKey Custom), a wholly owned subsidiary of MLC, which operated Australia’s fastest growing master trust.
