Got any questions about super or retirement planning?

Talk to us on 132 652 between 8am and 6pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday, or request a call back.

Our telephone consultants can help you get set in the right direction by referring you to one of three different services: general advice, limited advice or comprehensive advice.

What is general advice?

General advice:

  • Answers general questions you may have about super and retirement.
  • Doesn't take into account your personal needs and circumstances.
  • Is usually accessed over the phone at no cost to you.

What is limited advice?

Limited advice:

  • Provides personal advice on a specific aspect of your retirement planning.
  • If you meet with a financial adviser, the first meeting is free. Fees and charges will apply after that, however, the adviser will clearly outline and agree these with you before proceeding further.

What is comprehensive advice?

Comprehensive advice:

  • Provides personal advice that addresses all areas of your finances on an ongoing basis.
  • Includes recommendations for suitable super and pension products.
  • Your first face-to-face meeting is free. During that meeting your adviser will agree any costs with you in writing depending on the scope and complexity of the advice.

Comprehensive advice can help you with all aspects of your retirement planning and is generally delivered by an adviser in four easy steps.
