Actuary, and former Chief Operating Officer at Russell Investments Master Trust, Jason Marler has over 25-years' experience in the super industry. Jason is now responsible for the pricing and actuarial functions at MLC Wealth.

Wayne Bishop

Director of Activetics Pty Ltd

A former General Manager in the Corporate Health Industry, Wayne Bishop has more than 40 years' experience in the design and delivery of tailored worksite programs. He’s now the Director of Activetics, a consultancy firm providing training services in the fields of workplace health, workforce management and career transition.   

Responding to demographic shifts in the workplace, Wayne developed the Changing Gears™ Workshop and Coaching program for mature age employees—a program that has since had over 7,500 mature employees, from a variety of Australia-wide industries, participate.

Wayne's expertise in this field will be particularly relevant to our discussion.

Chi Nguyen

Senior Consultant, Superannuation – MLC Wealth

Chi is a CFP with over 10 years’ experience in financial services, including as a Financial Planner and holding a consulting role with the Financial Planning Association of Australia and Deakin University. She is a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to retirement planning, advocating the importance of the interrelationship between health and wealth.
