A former General Manager in the Corporate Health Industry, Wayne Bishop has more than 40 years' experience in the design and delivery of tailored worksite programs. He’s now the Director of Changing Gears™, a consultancy firm providing training services in the fields of workplace health, workforce management and career transition.

Responding to demographic shifts in the workplace, Wayne developed the Changing Gears™ Workshop and Coaching program for mature age employees—a program that has since had over 7,500 mature employees participate from a variety of Australia-wide industries.

Wayne's expertise in this field will be particularly relevant to our discussion.

Peter Venn

Retiree

Peter Venn, has recently made the transition to life in retirement himself, moving from a busy career of over 37 years working in financial services (predominantly superannuation). Peter shares a more personal perspective through his experience. Peter was qualified as a CPA in 1989 and then became of Fellow of ASFA (FASFA) in 2007.
