Chief Customer Officer - Consumer and Wealth
Andrew was appointed Chief Customer Officer, Consumer Banking and Wealth Management in August 2016. In this role he is responsible for all of NAB’s Retail Branches, Direct Banking, Broker Partnerships, UBank, Wealth Advice and Insurance businesses. Andrew joined NAB in 2008 to lead the Private & Institutional Wealth business. In May 2009, Andrew was appointed Executive General Manager of MLC & NAB Wealth's insurance business. In October 2010, Andrew joined the Executive Leadership Team and was appointed Group Executive, Corporate Affairs & Marketing, before taking up the expanded position of Group Executive, People, Marketing & Communications in October 2011. Since March of 2013, Andrew has led NAB's wealth businesses including his role as CEO of MLC, Chairman of JBWere, in addition to leading the creation of Australia's largest retail superannuation fund, MLC Super Fund, and leadership responsibilities with Plum, JANA, and NAB Financial Planning. Prior to joining NAB, Andrew spent 21 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in a number of capacities, including Melbourne Managing Partner and as a member of PwC's Firmwide Leadership Team.
He is currently Chair of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre Appeal Executive Committee.
CEO, MLC Super
Matt is Executive General Manager NAB Wealth Operations & Transformation. Matt’s responsibilities include Customer Servicing and Transactions, Digital, Contact Centres, Management Assurance, Business Management, Technology and Transformation for the NAB Wealth business.
Matt has been with NAB since 2005, and during this time has occupied senior roles leading large operational and transformational teams across the Wealth, Finance and the Australian Bank businesses.
Prior to NAB, Matt occupied senior roles at Woolworths (2002-2005) and Qantas (1996-2001).
At Woolworths Matt was Chief Financial Officer -Supply Chain & Logistics. At Qantas Matt held the position of GM Profit Enhancement & Operations Performance, including CFO for Qantas’ Operations Division.
Matt started his career as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young (8 years), specialising in Corporate Recovery and Insolvency and now has over 30 years of commercial experience across industries including professional services, airlines, retail and financial services.
Matt has a diverse range of skills, having successfully led and transformed businesses in CFO and COO level roles. Matt has occupied Board positions of subsidiary entities at both Qantas and NAB Wealth.

EGM, Asset Management
Garry has overall responsibility for leading the NAB asset management business. Originally joining MLC in 1991, which was subsequently acquired by the NAB Group in 2000, Garry has held a number of senior roles in both Australia and the UK in Product Management, Distribution and General Management. Garry has been a Director of a number of NAB Group companies covering both Banking and Wealth Management and is currently Director of several NAB Asset Management boutique partners and NAB related boards. He holds a BA in Economics.

We provide this assistance to more than a million customers, through our network of 1700 advisers and our online advice tools. A core part of what we do is helping customers understand their situation and guiding them in their financial life. The vision for Wealth Advice is to combine the traditional qualities of advice with the digital enablement for the future.
Greg has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry. His roles have provided the foundation of our advice business, including the formation of Garvan Financial Planning in 1997, leading MLC’s self employed licensees and more recently the formation of MLC Direct in 2011.
He is a Director for MLC's Licensee Company (Global Wealth Management Adviser Services), Apogee Financial Planning, Meritum Financial Planning and Godfrey Pembroke, as well as a Director of JB Were.
Greg has been a long term member of the Financial Services Council Advice Board.
