Qualified phone-based advisers
Our phone-based advisers are licensed to give financial product advice and all hold the ASIC qualification RG146 and have completed a Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent as a minimum. Our advisers will guide you through the financial advice process.
To make it easier for you, we have a range of online and hardcopy application forms. Our phone-based advisers can guide you through the entire process, from filling out the form to reviewing your Statement of Advice before making a decision to proceed.

No charge for our service
There is no charge for general advice from our phone-based advisers. Fees and charges do apply to specific products. We’ll clearly outline these to you at the time.
