  • My Retention is a tool that can help you manage your insurance clients on a daily or weekly basis. It works by providing you with client lists and alerts you can use as triggers to identify when your client(s) is at risk of cancelling or lapsing their insurance policy or when they are due for an annual review.

    Through these alerts and triggers, My Retentions enables you to deepen your client relationships with timely conversations and help address any retention issues, adding greater value to your business.
