MLC EasyOrder

Welcome to the new MLC EasyOrder, the online ordering site for all printed collateral (PDSs, application forms and marketing material).

MLC EasyOrder has now transitioned to a new provider and all users will need to register for a new login.

  • Click on the “Login or Register Now” button. You will be redirected to the new ordering site.

    Under the "New Customer” section, click the Register button. This will take you to the registration page to add your details. Please ensure to complete all required fields.

    Once registered, your login details will be generated automatically and sent to the email address you provided. You will be requested to verify your email address.

    You will then be able to access the site.

    As a registered user:

    • you can quickly and easily search for all products,
    • your address history will be stored from each order allowing you to re-use previous addresses,
    • you are able to view a history of previous orders,
    • you can save regular orders as Favourite Orders, eliminating the need to re-select the same products.
  • Click on the “Login or Register Now” button. You will be redirected to the new ordering site.

    Enter your username and password in the “Returning Customer” login box and press the log in button.

    If you've forgotten your password, click 'forgot password' in the Login box.

  • Items have been categorised by product type rather than by platform. Simply click on super, investments or insurance, for example, from the navigation menu on the left of the screen and all relevant forms and brochures will be shown.

    Search for an item using the search field or the navigation (on the left of your screen). Add your required items and check out by following the on-screen steps.

    You will need to add your delivery address details the first time you order. It will be saved for future orders.

    Please note we use a courier service for deliveries, so please provide a street address for your delivery address. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept PO Box addresses.

  • To check the status of your order, please refer to the My Account section within the ordering site.

    Alternatively, you can complete the "Contact Us” form within the site. You will need to supply the order number that was emailed to you when the order was placed or you can find it in the order history, under the My Account tab.
