For the fourth year in a row, customers have rated an MLC advice network as Australia’s leading financial advice group.
Winning the Quality, Intention and Compliance section of CoreData’s Financial Advice Mystery Shopping awards 2010 and taking a coveted Highly Commended for the overall 2010 Major Financial Advice Group award. MLC’s Apogee Financial Planning was announced the overall winner for 2010.
MLC/Garvan won the overall award in 2007 and 2008 and was Commended in 2009. These consistently high ratings reflect our advisers’ ability to:
- use their expertise and knowledge to help customers meet their needs
- provide relevant and effective advice, and
- demonstrate the benefits of taking action
Based on mystery shopper research by CoreData, the award recognises the quality of customers’ experiences when seeking a financial adviser, including the way they worked with customers, as well as their ability to provide effective advice.
