How do I get a password for my account(s)?

For the landing page select the relevant user role.

To access secure sections of our site, you will need to be in the servicing channel for your user role. The following steps will guide you through the process:

  • From this home page go to the login box in the upper right hand side of the page and select the New User link.
  • Fill in all fields with your information, which we will verify against the details on your account.
  • If all the information matches, a password will be sent to the email address you have provided.

You will then be able to browse through your investment details using the login information provided.

 

I am an MLC customer and I can't find my account balance(s).

To access your MLC account balances you need a customer number and a password. If you don't already have a password, please call MLC on 132 652.

Your account balance is accessed when you login to the MLC website. To login, click on the Adviser tab at the top of the page and then click on "MasterKey Login" in the Adviser Login panel at the right hand side of the page.

  • Enter your customer number and password into the pop up window.
  • Please note that your username is your customer number.
  • You will then be taken to a page called "My Portfolio".

 

How do I make a switch or withdrawal from my account(s)?

Investors with MLC are able make switches or withdrawals for some accounts and the forms are accessible via the website. 

After you login as an Investor from the MLC homepage, you will notice a Transact with MLC tab in the screen navigation. Select the tab, and then select the product and transaction you wish to submit. Complete the form and submit to MLC for processing.

 

What Security is being used on the MLC website?

To ensure your personal information is protected over the Internet, MLC are using 128-bit encryption.

For the security to be effective your browser must be either Internet Explorer 6.0 and above or Mozilla 2.0 and above. Updated browser versions are free from the relevant sites.
To help protect your personal information:

  • When you have finished accessing the website, or intend leaving your PC unattended for any length of time, you should close all browser windows before doing so.
  • You should avoid using a shared or public computer as this increases the risk of a security breach.
  • You should exercise caution in executing any untrusted software such as executable e-mail attachments. Use an effective virus scanning product with regular virus signature updates.

 

How do I change my password?

To change your password login to the MLC site. The details of the user once logged in will appear in the top right hand corner of the page. Select the 'Change Password' link underneath these details. The page that follows contains prompts and rules for changing your password.

Please note: For your own privacy and security please do not disclose your password to any other person, or write it down anywhere near your computer.

 

How do I change my contact details?

To change your contact details, login to the MLC site and navigate to the 'My Portfolio' tab. Select to view your portfolio.
In the window that launches click on the 'request change' button and fill in your new contact details and press submit.

I am an Adviser and I don't know how to access the Adviser section
To access the secure Adviser section of the MLC site, you need an Adviser number and password. If you don't already have a password, please call MLC on 132 652.

 

Adviser information and reporting is accessed when you login to the MLC website.

To login click the 'I'm with MLC' Adviser link. Enter your adviser number and password into the relevant fields on the login screen.
Please note that your username is your adviser number. You will then be taken to the Adviser homepage following successfully logging in.

 

What are the computer requirements to best view the MLC website?

The website has been designed to run on computers with the following minimum recommended specifications, settings and applications:

  • 1024 x 768 optimised screen resolutions
  • Cookies enabled
  • Javascript enabled
  • Flash.
  • Adobe Acrobat version 6 and above (www.adobe.com.au)
  • Window Media Player (www.microsoft.com.au)

Accessing information on the MLC website.

I would like to contact MLC but I can't find a phone number or email address.
In the Footer menu on the landing page and the Header menu of every other page there is a link to Contact MLC, which provides a list of MLC phone numbers and email addresses.

 

Where do I find Unit Prices?

Unit prices can be accessed quickly via the 'Unit Prices' option in the Header menu on all pages (excluding the landing page).

 

Where do I find performance information for my fund?

Performance information for all MLC funds can be accessed quickly via the Quick links menu. Alternatively, performance information can be accessed by selecting the MLC funds menu option within the 'Products & Services' tab for Business and Personal users and the 'Product & Platforms' tab for Advisers.

 

Where do I find information about MLC investment funds?

Information about MLC investment funds can be accessed via the Quick links menu. Alternatively, investment information can be accessed by selecting the 'Investments' menu option within the 'Products and Services' tab for Business and Personal users and the 'Product & Platforms' tab for Advisers.

 

Where do I find more information about MLC insurance products?

MLC Insurance products can be viewed by selecting 'Insurance' menu option within the 'Products and Services' tab for Business and Personal users and the 'Product & Platforms' tab for Advisers.

 

Where do I find electronic brochures and forms?

Electronic brochures and forms can be accessed quickly via the 'Forms and Brochures' option in the Header menu on all pages (excluding the landing page).
