Getting a password for mlc.com.au

Personal customers

If you're an MLC MasterKey, MLC MasterKey Business Super or MLC Insurance customer:

To register for secure access to mlc.com.au please visit the Register now page and complete the registration form under the Personal tab. We'll then email you a temporary password.

Alternatively, please call us on 132 652 between 8am and 6pm (AEST/AEDST), Monday to Friday.

If you're an MLC Navigator, MLC Wrap or Employer Super customer:

  • MLC Navigator and MLC Wrap - Please visit logging in for the first time or contact your financial adviser if you haven't yet registered for secure access.
  • Employer Super - You can enter your login details and password detailed in your Employer Super membership letter and kit.

If you already have a password,

  1. In the Login box on the home page of mlc.com.au, once you've selected Personal and your product, press the Login button.
  2. From the Login page, enter your Username/ Login ID and password then click Login/Submit.

Forgotten your password?

Please complete the reset your password online form to receive a new temporary password by:

  • email, using the email address you've provided, or
  • SMS, using the mobile number you've provided.

If you haven't previously provided an email address or mobile number please call us on 132 652.

MLC Navigator, MLC Wrap and Employer Super customers please visit password assistance.

Business customers

For secure access to mlc.com.au you'll need a customer ID and a password. To obtain a password please contact the relevant customer service team below:

  • MLC Business Super and MLC SuperEzy - Please call us on 132 652 between 8am and 6pm (AEST/AEDST), Monday to Friday.
  • MLC Group Insurance - Please call the Group Insurance Client Service Team on (02) 8908 6111.
  • Employer Super - You can enter your login details and password detailed in your Employer Super membership letter and kit.

If You already have a password,

  1. In the Login box on the home page of mlc.com.au, once you've selected Business and your product, press the Login button.
  2. From the Login page, enter your customer ID and password then click Login/Submit.

Advisers

For secure access to mlc.com.au you'll need an adviser ID and a password. To obtain a password please contact the relevant adviser service team below:

  • MLC MasterKey, MLC Business Super and MLC Insurance - Please call us on 133 652 between 8am and 7pm (AEST/AEDST), Monday to Friday.
  • MLC Navigator, MLC Wrap and Employer Super - Please call us on 1300 128 482 between 8am and 7pm (AEST/AEDST), Monday to Friday.

If you already have a password,

  1. In the Login box on the Adviser home page of mlc.com.au, select Adviser and your product, then press the Login button.
  2. From the Login page, enter your adviser ID and password then click Login/Submit.

Forgotten your password?

MLC MasterKey, MLC Business Super and MLC Insurance - please visit I forgot my password and complete the online form. We'll then SMS you a temporary password to the mobile number we have on file for you. You'll need to log in to mlc.com.au within the following hour and change this password to one you choose.

If we don't have your mobile number on file please call the Adviser Hotline on 133 652.

MLC Navigator, MLC Wrap and Employer Super - please visit Forgotten your password and complete the online form.

Institutional Client

To login to the secure section for Implemented Consulting on mlc.com.au, you'll need a username and a password. To obtain these, please email the Implemented Consulting Client Service Team.

Please use this email only if you're an institutional client.
