Employees, volunteering and giving

MLC employees receive two days of paid volunteer leave each year and participate in a range of volunteering activities, initiatives and events. In the past year (October 2009 to September 2010), NAB employees contributed 10,745 days of paid volunteer leave in Australia. The total in-kind value of this volunteer time is $3.85 million.
