Get help from the Government

If you earn* less than $60,342 pa you could be eligible to receive a Government co-contribution to your super.

This could enable you to accelerate the rate you grow your super.

To qualify for the full co-contribution of $1,500, you generally need to make a personal after-tax super contribution of at least $1,000, and earn3 $30,342 or less.

However a reduced co-contribution may be payable if you contribute less than $1,000 and/or earn3 between $30,342 and $60,342 pa.
