Employees, volunteering and giving

MLC employees receive two days of paid volunteer leave each year and participate in a range of volunteering activities, initiatives and events. In the past year (October 08 to September 09), NAB employees contributed more than 7,000 days of paid volunteer leave globally or about $1.5 million of in-kind community work.
