Getting a password for mlc.com.au
Personal customers
- Simply go to mlc.com.au
- On the right hand side of the screen choose Personal and select your product, such as MLC MasterKey.
- Press the Login button.
- On the next page, select new user/request a password and enter your details on the form provided. We’ll email you a temporary password.
Forgotten your password?
Just complete the new user/request a password form and we’ll email you a new temporary password or call us on 132 652.
Business customers
- For SuperEzy, please call us on 132 652 if you need a User Name and password.
- For Group Insurance please call the Group Insurance Client Service Team on 02 8908 6111 if you need a password. Your User Name is your Group Insurance customer number.
- Once you have your User Name and password simply go to mlc.com.au
- On the right hand side of the screen choose Business and select your product, such as MLC Business Super.
- Press the Login button.
- On the next page, enter your User Name and password.
Advisers
- Please call the Adviser Hotline on 133 652 and we’ll give you a password.
- Once you have a password simply go to mlc.com.au
- On the right hand side of the screen choose Adviser and select your product, such as MLC MasterKey.
- Press the Login button.
- On the next page, enter your adviser number (User Name) and password.
Can passwords be changed?
To change your password:
- login with your current password
- choose 'change password' at the top of the screen, and
- complete the change password form.
Can I choose my own User Name?
No, your username is the same as your customer number and can’t currently be changed.
How can I find my account balance(s)?
To access your MLC account balance(s) log in with your User Name (your customer number) and your password.
Select the My portfolio tab to see your balance(s), investments held, transaction details and much more.
How do I change my contact details?
- Login to mlc.com.au
- Go to My Portfolio
- Select the Transact with MLC tab
From here you’ll be able to update your personal and contact details including your address and phone number(s).
You can also submit certified supporting documents online such as birth or marriage certificates.
How secure is mlc.com.au?
To make sure all your personal information is completely secure we use a 128-bit encryption service.
For the security to be effective your browser must be Internet Explorer 6.0 and above or Mozilla 2.0 and above. Updated browser versions are free from the relevant sites.
