Tony Sattout

Director of Integration

Tony has worked with MLC for more than 21 years and was appointed Director of Integration in August 2009. In this role he leads the integration activities for the recent acquisition of the Aviva and JBWere entities.

Previously, Tony was General Manager, Business Efficiency for MLC for four years. In this role he was responsible for driving the successful integration of MLC with NAB, as well as MLC’s efficiency agenda, which was focused on simplifying our business, improving our processes and delivering a better experience for employees and customers.

Tony was also one of four Deans with the NAB Academy who are responsible for the growth of the Academy. As Dean of Operational Excellence, Tony was focused on improving operational excellence within NAB & MLC.

Tony was formerly the General Manager for MLC Insurance, responsible for new business, administration, the call centre, underwriting and claims.

Tony has worked on many major internal change initiatives at MLC involving acquisitions, integration and re-engineering. Some of these projects included the integration of the National Australia Financial Management business with MLC, integration of the Godfrey Pembroke licensee, the evolution of our NAB Financial Planning channel and the founding of ThreeSixty.

Prior to MLC, Tony was with Lend Lease Interiors for eight years, much of that time as a Project Manager servicing prestige clients such as General Property Trust, Australian Prime Property Fund, Freehills, Abbott Tout and Ampol.

Tony has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
