Manda Vulic

Chief Risk Officer

Manda was appointed Chief Risk Officer in March 2009. In her role, she is responsible for the design and implementation of risk management and compliance frameworks for the business.

Prior to this Manda was General Manager, Risk and Governance for MLC. This followed her role as Head of Product – Corporate Superannuation for MLC Platforms where she was responsible for developing and managing MLC’s product offering to the corporate superannuation market, as well as MLC's overall Platform Strategy.

Manda has been with MLC since 1998 and has extensive experience in risk and compliance. Manda has held a variety of roles at MLC including Head of Governance, Chief Operating Officer of MLC Nominees, and MLC Legal Counsel.

Manda is Executive Director on the MLC Nominees (superannuation trustee) board, a member of the Trustee Membee Committee and a member of the Prospectus Committee.

Manda has Bachelors degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Law and an MBA from UNSW.
