One of the conditions of being able to act as a trustee of a public offer superannuation fund is a requirement to have at least $5 million in net tangible assets, or to have secured a bank guarantee for that amount.
NULIS Nominees (Australia) Limited has recently reviewed their bank guarantee arrangements and has now replaced Westpac as the provider of this guarantee with the National Australia Bank.
This guarantee is held at the registered office of MLC at the Ground Floor, 105 – 153 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
The transition of providers to National Australia Bank occurred on 1 March 2011.
