A new, superior online service for you

Our online service provides you with access to a comprehensive set of transactional information and additional service capabilities that update in 'real time'.

MLC Group Insurance online is innovatively designed to be more intuitive, easy to use and provide you with many new benefits.

  1. A document upload capability which enables you to submit information directly to us, online.
    • Information is secure (unlike email or mail).
    • Faster turnaround as information is directed straight to our workflow systems.
  2. A policy summary page where you can access policy documentation at your fingertips. You can view and download these documents including:
    • Proposal Forms
    • Policy Documents and Annexures
  3. Access to ‘My Work Tracker’, an intuitive method of accessing and acting on detailed information, including:
    • filtering information to display only underwriting or, claims cases, and
    • filtering information to display based on status of work (i.e. ‘Action required’, ‘Work in progress’ or ‘Complete’).
