General Manager of MLC Group Insurance
Megan joined MLC in January 2010 as the Head of Finance for MLC Insurance. In her new role as General Manager of MLC Group Insurance, Megan is responsible for leading the development and growth of the group insurance business. Before MLC, Megan worked for Tower Australia for seven years where she held roles including Head of Risk, Planning and Analysis, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary. Megan was also previously Director of a financial services practice.
Head of Pricing, Product and Reinsurance
Damian has worked in the life reinsurance and funds management industry in both Sydney and London for 12 years. For the last five years he has focussed on group and retail insurance pricing in Australia. Damian qualified as an actuary in 1999. As Head of Pricing and Reinsurance for MLC Group Insurance, he is responsible for the financial assessment of risk across our entire portfolio.
Head of Business Development
Stephen has worked in the life insurance, funds management and superannuation industry for almost 40 years. He joined MLC seven years ago and as head of Business Development is responsible for developing new and existing client relationships. Stephen is an Associate of the Pensions Management Association (UK) and ASFA.
Head of Operations
Natalie has been with MLC since 1999. Since then, she has held a variety of roles, gaining experience in many facets of MLC operations - including client services, operations management, and quality and process improvement. Natalie recently joined the MLC Group Insurance team and is responsible for the overall service delivery. She is passionate about providing efficient and high quality service to our clients. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Diploma in Financial Services.

Our underwriters will aim to obtain missing or additional information directly from employees by telephone (where appropriate and where authorised) to speed up the underwriting process.
We also employ the services of professional medical collection groups to obtain medical requirements and reduce assessment times.
