My Work Tracker can provide you with an online view of the progress of client requests and applications.

This exciting initiative extends your ability to track your client's work requests beyond the new business application.

My Work Tracker includes status updates across a breadth of products and client requests, including application, withdrawals, enquiries and switches.

How does My Work Tracker work?

You will be able to use My Work Tracker in your business to:

• view and track the progress of requests sent to MLC
• keep informed of any requests referred back to you for further information
• produce a single report (online, PDF or in Excel download) for all requests
• search for requests using specific criteria, Eg search for 'Applications in Progress' requests only
• enquire on a single client and view any outstanding or recently completed tasks
