MLC SuperEzy is an internet-based data, reconciliation and contribution payment application.

Fully integrated with MLC's administration management system, MLC SuperEzy will provide the employer with the ultimate in hassle-free administration.

This service is currently only available for the MLC MasterKey Business Super product.

Using MLC SuperEzy

Using MLC SuperEzy payroll import facility significantly increases the integrity of all membership and fund data. MLC SuperEzy also has a dedicated operations team to provide ongoing support for the employer payroll and administration staff.

Through the importing of the employer's payroll file, MLC SuperEzy allows the employer to:

• automatically create payment reconciliations, and
• enrol new employees, update salaries, exit employees and change personal details.

MLC SuperEzy also validates data, allowing MLC to automatically allocate contributions into employees' super accounts. In addition, MLC SuperEzy provides transaction reports for the employer's own records.

Benefits include:

• The ability of the employer to qualify for a discount of $12 per annum per member for MLC MasterKey Business Super plans that have 10 members or more, by using MLC SuperEzy with its online direct debit facility
• Paperless experience - no need for forms
• High standards of data integrity and minimal need for data entry, and
• Exchange of data - usually 24 hour turnaround from MLC SuperEzy into MLC's administration system, which means faster service back to members.
