Client Data Exchange (EPI)

The MLC Client Data Exchange is a two-way data feed that streamlines client data between your business and MLC. 

It ensures that your financial planning software is kept up-to-date with the latest information about your MLC clients, including:

  • client personal details
  • account balances
  • account transactions, and
  • insurance details (premiums, review dates, type of cover).

How does it work?

Once you've registered for the MLC Client Data Exchange, you'll be given a user name and password that will allow your financial planning software to access the data feed.

The feed automatically loads updated client account data on your financial planning software each day, using a common industry data standard.

In addition to improving data accuracy between you and MLC, this office can make your office more efficient by removing a previously manual process.

What financial planning software is this service available for?

The service is available for advisers who use:

  • VisiPlan version 7.4 and above
  • Coin version 2.8.0.10032 and above
  • Xplan version 1.28.26 and above
  • MLC AdviserCentral's VisiPlan
