Time to review?

After purchasing insurance, many clients mentally file it away in a 'bottom drawer' and forget about it.

However, while their life is constantly changing, so are their needs.

They may have moved house, had a child or changed jobs; all are events that call for a review of how well they and their family are protected.

Clients often cancel their insurance just when they start to need it most, sometimes because they simply can't afford it any more.

An alternative solution to stepped premiums is to take out what we call level premiums at the outset. Stepped premiums have a lower premium initially, but as the years progress your client's insurance becomes more expensive, whereas level premiums stay reasonably constant, and are especially affordable as your clients get older.

Note: Level premium doesn't mean your clients' premiums are guaranteed or do not change.
